Shipping policy

 

Your order will be processed and ready to ship in 1 to 3 days. Once your order leaves our Cincinnati warehouse, allow 7 to 10 days for shipping and deliveries within the United States.  All domestic orders within the US that are over $100 USD are eligible for free shipping. Orders under 4 lbs. and shipping via our Smartpost service is $9.99 USD flat rate.  For orders under $100 USD and over 4 lbs. your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. 

Freight discounts may not apply during sales promotions.  Check sales promotion details for more information.

International shipping varies based on weight and destination country, so it is not a flat rate. This ensures accurate rates for each order. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
